There is no better way to set the mood in your home than to burn the perfect candle. Candles make me feel grown and sexy, and they make your home come alive!
I love smelly goods. Lotions, Perfume, Candles. Give ’em here! I typically shop the Bath and Body Works Candle day, but this year I feel it’s important to forgo Candle Day and shop some black-owned candle companies instead. You can, of course, shop both, but I’d love to see a Black-owned chain take off like B&BW, wouldn’t you?
The following shops sell more than just candles, many of them take it a step further by representing the culture with their fragrance and designs. There are a great number of Black-owned candle companies, however, I have listed 26 shops with a wide variety of candles that are guaranteed to help you set the perfect mood. Without further ado:
