I’ll be the first to admit, I love a fierce matte lip. I love the lasting power. What I don’t love, however, is how awful they can be on your lips. Of course, priming your lips with a thick coat of lip balm before wearing a matte lipStick is essential, but it wont’ truly prevent your lips for drying or cracking over time. That’s why more and more brands are coming out with moisturizing matte finishes.
