What to Wear with a Light Pink Jacket+ Link up Party

This outfit should look pretty familiar since I wore it, sans the pink jacket in this post. But then, mid-photoshoot, I wanted to try to mix it up a bit so I threw on this light pink motto jacket that I got on super clearance from Forever21 months and months ago.

Since I am Pinterest obsessed, when I got this jacket i went onto Pinterest to see how others have approached what to wear with a light pink jacket. And, of course, I couldn’t find anything that  really jumped out at me. I always try to be a little but unconvential in my style chocies. Even when I try to go for more “classic” looks, I always find myself throwing a wrench into the whole plan and adding some flair to the look.

I really like this look withe pink jacket because the look is still edgy, yet the light pink color of the jacket lightens it up. What do you all think?

I love them both! Also, I’m trying to be better about remixing my wardrobe. I know as a fashion blogger part of my job is to keep things fresh and on trend, but I also want to be real. I’ll be reworking a lot of items in my closet in the coming weeks, so  stay tuned.
