Blue Eyeshadow Tutorial on Dark Skin

Blue Eyeshadow Tutorial for Dark Skin

Do you ever just have  day where your eyeshadow looks so damn good you just can’t stop taking your own picture? Okay, probably not. Normal people do not have days such as the one described above. But I am not normal. I will never be normal. If I were normal, I wouldn’t have a makeup collection like so:

So now that we’ve established that I have an abnormal obsession with cosmetics, let’s talk, for a moment, about The body needs eyeshadow pigment in “Bahama Blue”(<– Click to buy)

The vibrancy of this color is incredible. Incredible. Incroyable. Ladies! I can’t get enough. And can we pause, for a moment, to talk about how much pleasure I take in going against the grain? I’m not a makeup artist and I won’t pretend to be. But I did grow up during a time when Black women, regardless of their features, were all directed towards “safe” colors. Colors that were meant to “work best” with our skin tone.  Eff that! Ladies, we can wear whatever we want, and with some practice, the brightest of colors just melt against our glorious skin.
