Easter Sunday: Family, Fun & Fashion

As this was our first Easter with our beloved Jackson Blaise,  I wanted to be sure to capture the occasion with a family photo shoot.

I am not a super religious person, but as I’ve gotten older I’ve developed a really strong sense of faith, and the birth of my son  only strengthened my connection to God. Easter, for me, represents faith, and newness, and the idea that if you believe, all things are possible. I have been praying for a lot this year, a lot, but each day, even on the dark days, I get up and thank God for all the blessings I have in my life. I believe gratitude is the gateway to increase.

I spent a lot of time stressing about this blog, wondering if people read my posts, and comparing myself to all the other bloggers out there, but when I rebranded last month I let it all go. I’m so proud of how far I’ve come and the strides I’m making, and I am so very, very thankful for every single one of you who clicks on a post. Thanks again, and I hope you enjoy these pics!

Deciding what to wear on Easter can be a bit tricky, but once  I picked a color scheme (Pink, Gray, and White) everything really fell into place. What say you?
